Winter Session: 4 Classes in a Package
30 Minute Class Price: $25.00 per participant
Class One: Tummy Time Basics
Class Two: Breath work and Posture
Class Three: Let's Put the "FUN" in FUNCTIONAL Movement
Class Four: Hands and Knees (Quadruped Exercises)
Small Groups of 2-3 Moms and Their Babies or Young child (Ages 2-3)

Yelena is very thorough, kid-friendly and knowledgeable. She answered our many questions with patience and grace. We highly recommend her. Our daughter is already asking for her to come back!

Yelena is gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She makes all of the exercises seem like play for my 2 year old. She is wonderful!

Dr. Bregman is a very knowledgeable PT, who takes her time and is very patient. I had extensive lower back pain, making it difficult to walk. After a few sessions with Dr. Bregman, I am back to my normal daily activities pain-free. I am very thankful for her time and dedication for finding the cause of my pain and for helping me recover. I would highly recommend Dr. Bregman. We had a few appointments with her and were really impressed. She is very gentle and knowledgeable and took her time in answering all of our questions. We only had experience with another PT previous but after meeting Dr. Bregman it feels like we found the right one for us. Most importantly our son felt comfortable with her and we are already beginning to see some progress. Very happy with this practice and would recommend it to others as well.
